My kit only came with 8 long black screws + 4 in the case. There’s 9 holes to fasten the board to the plate and 8 to attach the top half of the case to the bottom. So I am missing 5 screws???

Careful with the switch's pin, you must make sure bronze pin are straighten and parallel each other, otherwise it will make it harder to installing switches into your PCB as well as damaging the hot-swap sockets.

sadly my case came with a little crack straight out of the box. Its where the intlets for the screws are, seems to be easy to do when overthigting, but i didnt even touch it, it came overtightened by factory.

this video is for the R3 not the R2 so maybe the R2 doesn't need them, not sure though
