If you find yourself in a similar situation with a creme brulee again, You can always heat up the back of a metal spoon over a burner (safely of course) and press it down onto of the sugar to caramelize it. This was a method we were taught in culinary school in case a torch wasn't available.

The chicken strips and wedges are my go to for lunch It sucks cause our deli/hot counter shuts down after 3. Then they put the leftover in the hot bin where you got it out of. Still good though. Not bad. Great vid! 👍💥

Great videos man! just wanted to give you a tip that will change your life. Buddy of mine told me about it a few years back. Take the donuts you ate in this video and buy them next time you go camping. roast them over the fire like a marshmallow but not so much in the flame, the goal is to crisp the glaze thats covering it. ( about 3-4 mins) away from direct flame, let cool for about a minute or 2. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT cheers

Ken you are supposed to eat gnocchi like traditional pasta. With tomato sauce, marinara, pesto, grated cheese, etc! Us Eye-talians make them with flour and ricotta cheese.

The potato things you cooked in the pan are called gnocchi pronounced: (nyyo-kee). They are an Italian cuisine, usually boiled, then sautéed in heavy amounts of butter and cream, and garlic. Additional toppings can be Parmesan, chives, bacon & onions, and even breadcrumbs. Generally They are not served as a main dish, they are a side dish, or an appetizer. Hope this helps!

Pro Tip for you Ken, on the last minute of the ravioli i would have added the sauce to the pot for about 2 mins before serve, would warm the sauce a bit

Gnocchi are eaten like a pasta with a sauce. So any kind of sauce will work, marinara, Alfredo, a lemon cream sauce etc

I have a super sweet back seat bed now for my F150. I love sleeping in there. Some nights, even at home I really just want to sleep in there. I have a nice 20v DeWalt fan and a 17" DVD player back there and think about just camping in my driveway at times! It is that nice! Ken, do you ever just want to sleep in your rigs?

I buy the Fun Pack cereal with the 8 little boxes of different cereals. My top Three Cereals. Lucky Charms, Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes. A friend of mine found Captain Crunch at the dollar store. He ate the whole box and ripped the top of his mouth up. He said it made drinking his coffee interesting. LOL. I like the new member lists. They're easier to read. Ken, gnocchi (pronounced NYO-kee) is pasta made from potatoes, and typically it’s served just like any other pasta, with marinara or a cream sauce. Next time you pick up some definitely give it a try! Gnocchi is one of my favorite foods

Walmart is a pretty nifty spot to camp out, too bad you didnt have a grill, you could've tailgated and thrown some Brats on it. that being said i really like their rotisserie chicken, can polish off a whole one without much trouble.
