4:50 answer to your question Ken, That fridge costs $491.68, in states about $86.32 less then what you pay for it in Canada 🇨🇦 at Home Depot. Basically 15% off price you payed at your Home Depot.
@MonksB892 жыл бұрын
$491.68 USD = $624.15 CAD so cheaper for Ken compared to the USA pricing
@xboxgameclips68122 жыл бұрын

@MonksB892 жыл бұрын
@@xboxgameclips6812 $491.68 is literally the US price before taxes as your said, so say roughly $40 tax = $540 US = $685 CAD; from a quick google search Ontario has a 13% tax so $578 x 1.13 = $653 CAD. $685 > $653. not wrong after all...I just added to your answer...please don't lash out at me...just trying to give more information...maybe factoring in purchasing power changes things, but I won't check into that...your second response to me was actually constructive...your first was mocking in comparison...please work on that in the future...I'm not perfect - no one is - but there is no need for that - just enjoy the content. it seems like there is so much hostility now for no reason - enjoy your night and please be cordial

The word you were struggling with at 17:50 is Chashu ... which is pronounced as Cha-shoo. I've heard char-shoo as well....I guess the R is optional 🙂. It refers to the meat slices in the ramen I think. There's a Kenzo in my hometown of St Catharines that I have to get out and try now! Cheers!
@tina27502 жыл бұрын
I have tried the #3 once & they try to make sure you really want it & tell you repeatedly that it's real spicy. They kept asking R U sure? It was very spicy indeed. One of the spiciest I ever had. The cooks kept keeping an eye on me to make sure I was ok. I loved the Ramen. It was amazing & creamy. They no longer have Kenzo in Mississauga unless they changed their location. We used to have to write down our names & party # on the wait list as it was super-busy pre-pandemic days. It was a tiny little place unlike the one you went to in Toronto.

Yes definitely head back to the Lobster Shack! Holy heck at the price of that fridge! Lose the glass and it'd be waaaay cheaper. Had to chuckle at the Charsiu Ramen dish. That was level 1 dude! You're right about tolerance levels, spicier you eat, more you can take. I'd probably be ok with 1 and 2, depends what they put in 3 but I'd have a go at it. (Chilli on all 3 meals a day for me though. So I have a reasonable tolerance I've built up over time.) Will we see the Rusty Curry Stealth Camp? 😁

Yep. Damp-rid works well but for my money a tray of kitty litter under the seat works fairly well for the cost of just $1 or $2. Especially if you have a cheap little 12vdc powered fan to keep a little air circulating. The fridge, wow! It is less expensive in the states. $349. here. At the same brand store. Even with the exchange rate that's still only a little over 440 Truedeau-vian maple leafs. Cha-shū. Like shoes you do the cha-cha in. 😁 Beautiful ramen though. Made me go get some of my own.
