Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg pork hock
2 cups pigeon pea (kadyos)
unripe jackfruit (sliced)
sweet potato leaves
5 pcs batuan
3 stalk lemon grass
cooking salt (to taste)
mince garlic
sliced onion
sliced tomato
pork bouillon cube (pork or beef)
8 10 cups of water ( add if needed)
