I think this is a really good recipe for vegetarian dishes as well! Like cauliflower Manchurian! If cauliflower is air-fried or roasted in oven with less oil it will stay crispy for long time. Add in this cereal mix and it will taste amazing! The Korean grandma is right! In India too we add toasted crushed peanuts and almonds/cashews to lots of dishes and snacks! But for people who have peanuts allergy, this cereal is a great alternative! Will def try the veg version of this ^^
