They criticized her a lot I get keeping it real but when she also talked shit about the veggies I knew she wasn't there to be supportive I know cooking with healthy foods is tricky but its how you can find ways to improve the taste into something delicious as well Edit** even if the meal isn't healthy she already explained the health benefits and keeping her son's immune system strong for him to stay healthy stfu being so judgement on a once in a while treat

@rhynochi4 жыл бұрын
1) Cheese tastes good. 2) Cheese goes well with spicy food, which Korea has a lot of. Cheese goes really well with ramyun, anything with a spicy sauce made of gochujang. It tastes good, but also helps lessen the spiciness for people who can't handle certain spice levels as well. 3) A lot of Asian countries are getting into dairy in the past few decades. (Also why many generations have grown taller than the older gens)

I dont know in what condition their family is, but i have watched in several episode that her child reaaalllyyy like to eat. I know from watching that she really love her kid. But, it look like that she didnt reprimand her kid for eating way tooo much. I mean its okay to giving what the best for your kid. But theres limit in portion in what you eat. Example is my brother. He really like to eat (like her son). And now in his 19 years old. He obese and got gastritis. my mom regretting that, because she didnt scold my brother for eating way too much.

From what i’ve seen in the past episodes it’s because his son is taking medication that makes him really hungry and get fat easily.
@curious_loafer4 жыл бұрын
It’s side effects of the medication he is taking that made him prone to weight gain. Just note that there is an editing element in these shows that might have exaggerated his food intake for character. I know that he tend not to be able to hold in his hunger when he sees food, but portion wise, he isn’t really eating more than a normal person. His mom also tries to incorporate veg in his diet and make him exercise in all sorts of creative ways.

if anyone thinks they’re not using this boy for views and clicks just because he’s big then you’re delusional. feeding him this type of food when he’s obviously obese for his age and height is going to do no good
@curious_loafer4 жыл бұрын
If you are thinking that way, 1) you haven’t watched the show, 2) you are thinking maliciously. Min is autistic and has troubles expressing himself. His mom believed that it will help for people to know more about autism and for people to recognise him if he ever got lost. Min, himself also expressed that he wants to be on TV. And Min isn’t obese because of his diet, he is prone to weight gain because of side effects of the medicine he is taking for his condition. Moreover, you can see from other episodes that Yoona tries to incorporate a lot of veg in his diet and makes him exercise a lot.

You are using this child's stressful health condition for the benefit of your program viewing????? This child should not be under public view at all. It is stressful enough having to confront a society that obligates him to lose weight. Wrong approach. This child's mom has to go to therapy first!!! This is a transgenerational issue, for god sake! The problem is being somatized by the child since it is a subconscious program that mom or dad has from their childhood that was not addressed properly and has an emotional component. Mom is reflecting herself on him. He is her mirror!

As a special education teacher, I feel that you don't understand the issues faced by families raising children with special needs. 1. Why should her child not be in public view? Are persons with special needs only to be hidden or shown in documentaries? Her child shows a much more real view of persons with autism as compared to many other shows. 2. As a working, single mum, she has to juggle cooking, household chores and work. Let's not even take her as the only example - there are families who cannot keep their eye on their children 24/7. And in this time, he sneaks some food. How would you reasonably expect them to control his every action and prevent them? 3) Persons with special needs also have needs and wants and go through the same process of puberty as others. If you want to keep them in a constantly controlled environment, do you think you think they will reach their full potential? Do you think that it is fair to treat them as perpetual children? 4) It has been mentioned before that he is on medication that causes the weight gain. To begin helping him lose weight is not just about diet. It involves learning how to manage behaviours and a lot of other factors. Even for a person with no special needs, some things are not easy to learn. What more for a person with special needs? 5) Yes, mum probably needs to go for therapy. Because of judgemental people like you who only make comments based on what you see with no understanding of any of the issues caregivers have, and make comments that reveal how uneducated you are about these issues.
