Its Gugak Fusion. Gugak literally translates to national music. Traditional Gugak is the genre that is composed of just Korean instruments where as fusion just combines "western" instruments with the Korean musical instruments. Pansori is just a drum and a performer singing a Capella which tells a story to the audience which encourages them to participate. Hope this helps :3

Other songs in this episode of Jo SuMi special are also quite amazing like Son JunHo's (with 1 other singer) Son Of The Moon & especially Im TaeKyung's (with 3 other singers) I Can't Say Goodbye which was the eventual winner & almost broke Ali's record on the show of highest score but fell short by just 1 point.
