when my city had an earthquake back then in 2009, and before he enlisted to the military, Kim Nam Gil visited my country and came to the destroyed city right away. without announcement and media playing. even the news came out when he headed back to south korea. he is so humble as a person.

@@Fitriyani_Sakurazawa hehe iya, Nam Gil ke Padang waktu itu. yang tahu Papa aku katanya ada artis . aku kirain artis dalam negeri. eh ngga tahu nya Kim Nam Gil. karna waktu itu sempet berpotensi tsunami aku pergi ngungsi ke daerah Univ Andalas. eh ternyata Kim Nam Gil ada di daerah deket laut gitu. karna disana emang banyak banget korban sih..salut sama doi. lebih gercep dari artis lokal loh. dulu artis lokal takut berangkat karna issue berpotensi tsunami nya belum dicabut. tapi doi berani kesini jauh2 dr Korea. itu jaman2 nya drama Queen Seon Deok baru tamat di Indosiar padahal. huwaaaa semoga bisa ketemu Kim Nam Gil di lain kesempatan :D

I like Kim Nam Gil! His facial expressions especially in his new drama series "Don't Look Back" (The Legend of Orpheus). I'm watching every episode even its replays.I like her love interest Son Ye Jin and also the whole casts....they are all good! Good luck to all of you! Bad Guy had Eng subs so I was able to understand it this time. Loved the parts of him and Tae-ra together where he fell in love with her in the end. Nonetheless, it was a riveting drama with sadness , especially the scenes where he cried on seeing his father in the wheelchair, and little Gun wook hugging Tae-ra as she cried thinking of how cruel her family had treated him.

He's an amazing actor. Safe to say one of the best and most versatile actors of k drama industry. But here he looks so uncomfortable. even in other interviews and reality shows he seems a bit uncomfortable. it seems he's a private and down to earth person. he's not charismatic like song joong ki or lee min ho, but still he's a A list actor in Korea. that goes on to show that his fame and fan base is purely based on his talent and passion for his work. Amazing actor! I hope he gains more international recognition as well.

@Live Life - Kim Nam Gil is 10 times more charismatic than Soon Joong Ki and Lee Min Ho and a far more talented actor. Lee Min Ho's acting is very average, don't understand why he's so popular and famous.

Lol I was with you until you described him as not charismatic, he literally is an actor who is known for his charisma, charm and sense of humor! As for him being uncomfortable he capitulated to fame after QSD, it was an overnight success so I am sure all this must have been new and overwhelming for him!
