i'm no pro,i'm a hardstuck emerald 2 player, but I bet most people's logic would be to use rakan's e to close the distance faster, heck even ulti a bit earlier for the speed boost. Now I know it's easy to armchair comment a replay, but that is something emerald players do. Targamas is challenger, so I doubt he is braindead, but maybe playing on stage is not something for him, cuz I can't explain it otherwise. It isn't about mechanics, my mom would pull out this combo if she would play league for a while, but his thought process on stage makes emerald supports look godlike

ingame setting hotkeys abilities you can set hotkey for champion specific interaction. So for neeko you could set it to Z X C V and shift+V or something.

An assassin/semi-lane bully AP champ that can root, stun, knockup your entire team for 5 seconds shouldn't be allowed to have an ability that makes them untargetable to champion-only spells, its just stupid and bad champion design. Not to mention it has no cooldown. Make it so they can still hit Neeko while she's transformed as a non-champion. That ability's purpose was to deceive, and not to be a counter to every spell in the game that targets champions.
