Since it has no samples from the original song, it can't be called as a remix. A remix must contain samples from the original, the remixer can add or subtract instruments and rearrange the song, this is why a remix is called as remix. This is definately a cover.

@@baladar1353 Thanks. I can't remember why I asked this question. I think it was regarding the singing, which isn't Harry Wayne Casey. The trumpets and orchestra briefly at the beginning sound like a clip from the original but that's all I believe I can recognise. Yeah, definitely a cover.
