I lived in the second house on the left across the street from the entrance to the Country Club during the entire decade of the 90s. It was built in 1925. There was the best grapefruit tree in the backyard, and my kitty, Lilly, is buried in the backyard. The man who lived next door worked at JPL and during the summer he would bring out an industrial telescope and we would spend evenings with neighbors looking at the stars and eating potluck. This tragedy is overwhelmingly heart-crushing.

I used to bring my daughter up here to wander around when she was a toddler. Even though we weren't members, they never gave us any trouble. The houses on the left were so beautiful and interesting to look at. It was such a peaceful place.

My husband worked in Altadena Town and Country, some of his coworkers whom lived in the area were also affected by the fires, so shocking, also many more like him lost their jobs due to this tragedy😢

The second house of left side at the entrance I used to cleaned it. And the white van belongs to the pleople who I cleaned. So sad. God Bless all this persons😢

Homeless encampment for a couple of them. Some are arson since they’ve caught a couple people. They’re usually from downed power lines but SCE cut power before the winds got bad

no. I lived on that lane just west of the Country Club, walked from the house to the Country Club for my wedding, got married there. That was definitely Altadena Towne and Country Club.
