Re: mics, it is my understanding that holding cost constant and aiming for higher quality, it might well be cheaper to buy a separate mic and headset, rather than to buy a gaming headset which includes a mic. As I understand it, "gaming" gear (like gaming headsets or especially gaming chairs) is made to look flashy, but not necessarily to prioritize quality.

Thanks for the cast! great series, especially the last game. spoiler Shine & Soulkey would've been better than Queen & Jaedong. It feels like Terran was much more willing to bring out their ASL Platinum Team than Zerg, and that kinda sucks. Still gonna be fun seeing if this Terran line-up debunks my theory that these maps are way too P>T

Recommendation: Start the cast with explaining what you're casting (the KCM tournament), what that is, what the current stage is, what the format of the current stage is, why the contestants of the current stage are in the current stage (are protoss seeded directly into the finals because they got the most points?), etc.

​@@SaiyanKCM I'm not new, and if I was, I get that I could find that info out in other ways; that wasn't my point. If you're trying to grow on KZbin, not repeating info seems like a wrongheaded approach. It's implying that you don't care about making your videos comprehensible for new viewers, when I'd assume those should be your priority. So why not use the low-action first minute of gameplay to explain what and who it is you're casting? Like via the following: "Welcome to the Semi Finals of the KCM War of Species tournament, where the Terrans and Zergs are competing for the slot in the finals where they'll have to face the Protoss team which dominated this season. Teams send players to compete 1v1, winner stays on, until only one team remains." And that could be shortened still.
