Too expensive for what you get, and it's in the city of Phoenix, not Scottsdale.

Prices have gone up most definitely, so it won't be for everyone!

@@EverythingPhoenix price have gone up everywhere. I'm looking at it from purely a value perspective. Kierland was always more expensive in comparison to (for example) Gilbert, both have gone up equally in price as a percentage of their old price years ago.

@@acommentator69 I agree with you! Prices across the valley have gone up at such a quick rate and we don't expect them to come down anytime soon. Hopefully the market will cool down soon to where we can go towards a more balanced market.
