we are having difficulty with our Library showing 2 snapshots at a time how do get one snapshot at a time to load thankful for help? Love all your wing videos so helpful

Is this the latest firmware, I can't locate this options as you did on my mixer, just show, snapshot, record. Fx isn't included

Currently no, there are some 3rd party programs you can run on a Windows computer. But with the internal functionality of the WING, transitions are currently not supported.
