Breh, you just piecing together random theories but none of it is correct. 1/ T. Rodgers came to LA (1969) before People Nation was even formed. The Blood alliance was formed (1972) before the Folk and People nations (1978). BPS cofounded both Blood and People alliances, but LA BPS falls under Bloods. 2/ There's already BPS sets spread across the South. You're either Blood or BPS. Can nobody outside LA claim to be both at the same time. LA BPS never formed sets in other states under their name. LA BPS don't actively rep the 5 either. 3/ New York has never had BPS sets. New York has Five-Percenters, which is a religion. Before the Latin Kings formed in NY in 1986 (without authorization from Chicago, but then again most Bloods, Crip and LK sets nationwide are fake) it was the Blacks who ran the prison and the Five-Percenters were a prominent part of that. Once the LK and Netas ran the prisons, the UBN formed in response in 1993 for Blacks to fight back. Dominicans Don't Play formed in 1991 and Trinitarios in 1992. By the 2000s, Bloods in NY stopped being just a Black thing and the NY prisons aren't that segregated like before either. Sidenote: The Netas are a prison gang founded in Puerto Rico, which was also a street gang in NYC for a while until the PR faction ordered the street side to be shutdown I think sometime in the 1990s. They still have a presence across prisons on the east coast. This gang allows gay membership, which _might_ be because the Netas was founded as a prisoner rights association and they didn't want to discriminate against anyone. Somewhere along the line that got warped into basically a greenlight for booty banditry, at least in the US. Many members ended up becoming Latin King, at least in NY.
