Hi! Let me give you some example. :) There are 2 persons named 동민[dong-min] and 수지[su-ji]. 1. If they're your friends or younger people, you can call them 동민아 and 수지야. If the last letter of the name has a final consonant like 동민, then use ~아. And if the last letter of the name doesn't have a final consonant like 수지, then use ~야. It's only used to close friends or people who are much younger than you. 2. If they are older than you, or not close with you, then use ~씨 like 동민씨 and 수지씨 even if they're younger than you. It's often used between coworkers at work. However if the person is much older than you, we don't call his/her name. We usually use thier position name like 과장님(manager), 사장님(boss)... 3. ~이 is not used when we call someone, but it's used to make the name a subject in the sentence. 동민이는, 동민이가 like this. Sorry, my explanation was toooo long. :)

I still don't get your pronunciation properly 💔 Does Korean people pronounce "Kh" or "K" instead of "G" like "Kheuman" instead of "Geuman" ? Please share your knowledge about this type of pronounciation 👍

그 sounds [geu], and 크 is [keu]. So in this case, [geuman] is right pronunciation for 그만. :)
