Salt - ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri chili powder - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Lemon - ½
Onion medium size - 3 (2 chopped cutting / 1 - diced cutting)
Capsicum ½ pcs of all the three colors - 3 (diced cutting)
Tomato small size - 3 (roughly diced)
Ginger medium size - 2 (julienne cutting)
Garlic - as per requirement (chopped cutting)
Cashew nuts - ¼ cup
Oil - 2 spoon

Cardamom - 5
Bay leaf - 3
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Small cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Big cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Star anise - 2
Whole Coriander - ½ teaspoon
