...and in all honesty sometimes it is better not to know who is on the other end of the line...because you don't want their opinions to be "tainted". Sometimes getting opinions from people we know is not the best idea because most people can't be neutral in their opinion...either by not wanting to "hurt" the other person or risking a friendship. Anonymity can obviously also work the other way which can be extremely ugly...but we can filter through that by seeing trends.
