First allotment ൽ താൽപര്യം ഉള്ള college കിട്ടിയില്ല. Token fees അടച്ച് second allotment വന്നിട്ടും താൽപര്യം ഉള്ള college ൽ കിട്ടാതിരിക്കയും keam വഴി ഉള്ള admission എടുക്കാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്താൻ token fees refund കിട്ടുമോ.
