Sadly you haven't followed Tom much. He's the first to tell you that he's had major addiction issues. Thankfully he has come thru the other side and is NOW the man you describe. (Incidentally your misspelled "descent" man - meaning on his way down - should be decent - meaning good is quite ironic!) His problems are highlighted by Tom's mention of the "missing years when there was no Keane". It's so good to see him back and firing on all cylinders with a new solo album out now.
