10 years later an answer to this comment but actually watched this video just now for the first time: It's not Ticky but "Dicky" - believe it or not but "Dick" and thus "Dicky" is a nickname for Richard, that originated in the middle ages when there apparently was a trend of rhyming and letter swapping in given names - according to Wikipedia 😉
