Z tego co widzę to ciasto drożdżowe półfrancuskie. Sam proces przygotowania jest czasochlonny. Takie ciasto robię raz w roku i zakmuje mi cały dzień. Podoba mi się twoj elektryczny wałek i precyzja z jaką przygotowujesz to ciasto.😊
