The music and video was recorded live at Kulttuuritalo Dux, Kristiinankaupunki, 18th of May 2012. BIG thank yous to Tomas Karlsson and KRS Jazz for arranging this concert and to the audio engineer students at Axxell, Lappfjärds folkhögskola under supervision by Kalle Teir and Staffan Svarvar for setting up and handling all the audio and light at the show! Just amazing work. And many thanks to Kim Påfs and Heidi for the great camera work!
The song was performed using only analog synthesizers, either played live or sequenced. Equipment used in this song: Roland TR-808, Juno 60, Alpha Juno 1; Arp Odyssey Mk II; Korg Micro-preset M500; Logan String Melody; Moog Source; Oberheim Matrix 6R; Yamaha RM1x (only for MIDI sequencing); Behringer DDX3216; Lexicon MPX500, as well as a midi patchbay and additional preamps for my mixer.

Yes, the Juno60 arpeggiator is turned on, and it is synced by sending the audio from a drum on the DRM1 (driven by the RM1x MIDI sequencer). The drum is not heard in the mix, it is only used for syncing the Juno60 arp!

Recuerdo que su Chronology IV fue banda sonora de la careta de presentación de la Vuelta Ciclista a España o el Tour de France, pero no recuerdo el año, aunque yo era pequeño, así que serían los 80 y poco. Ese tema me parece alucinante, en aquel entonces recuerdo haberme quedado pegado al televisor escuchando esa sintonía aún sin gustarme el ciclismo. :P Gracias!!

Thanks! In this video I used a Yamaha RM1x MIDI sequencer controlling the analog synths. Nowadays, I use a RS7000 for the same task.
