I don't get it, every cop that the crims/civs actually like dealing with and that creates a bunch of RP gets either demoted,suspended,daped or fired. I do get that some daps etc. make sense but why is it that the cops that actually RP and show understanding for the other side are always the ones who suffer consequences.
