They fire people for the most minor of stuff but when people are straight causing wars because of their fuckups they don't even get disciplined. Its about who you know and who you are not about how good your RP is.

I don't get it, every cop that the crims/civs actually like dealing with and that creates a bunch of RP gets either demoted,suspended,daped or fired. I do get that some daps etc. make sense but why is it that the cops that actually RP and show understanding for the other side are always the ones who suffer consequences.

Because the captains want serious cops that go strictly by the book. Even Slacks gets shit when he does something slightly silly by the other captains. It's so strange because last year they wanted characters, now they want to get rid of them.
