Wow, what a beautiful video depicting Kathmandu, those scooters r crazy. Lovely fish and curry. I am so sorry to note that you have kidney stone problems but proud that you went to see a dr. I see that in those hills people are eating mustard greens daily. These greens contain OXALATES which creat kidney stones. That pork meat which people eat in those hills containes SATURATED FATS which blocks arteries in heart. I wish both of you good health and joy.🌹🌹
