In this video I will be showing you how to make kedra !
NOTE: Once you add the meat broth to the rice cook on high heat until the rice begins to show then lower to medium heat and cover the pot until rice is completely cooked (around 25 minutes all together) !
Ingredients:
8 pieces of lamb meat ( shoulder chops 2 inch)
3 cups basmati rice
1 can Chick Peas
4 tbsp kedra spice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cinnamon sticks
16 cardamom pieces
6 bay leaves
5 chicken flavor maggi cubes
2 tbsp GHEE ( SAMNA)
2 cups chopped parsley
1/2 cup almonds
12 pcs minced garlic cloves
2 large onions

This was delicious. I didnt have kidreh spice, so I used half the amounts and used regular seven spice ( baharat). Everyone loved it, thank you so much!
