I was born in the 90’s and wasn’t aware enough to appreciate Pac while he was here but he was one of the first artists I ever got into when I started to branch out and find my own tastes. Everything from the music to the poetry to the politics. He seemed like a genuine dude. Him and Big both, it’s heart breaking that such a thing happened to them at such an age. Now decades later I outlived Pac but his message lives on through many of us that chose to carry it forward. I hope they can find him & big justice so that they may finally be at peace.

So was he lying to the Feds in 98 or 2008? How do we know? It’s called proof and evidence not a KZbin interview and a book. Remember much of the story and details was public information for years before he said anything in 08. in 2006 Greg kading who was investigating the biggie case, sat in on a 2pac assassination documentary screening and watched frank Alexander and Kevin Hackie demonstrate exactly how the shooting happened. It’s on video. He asks them questions and tries to debate with them. 3 of the 4 were brought in for questioning by Bobby Ladd and Tim Brennan back in 96-97. I think Davis was in jail at the time or wasnt questioned. No one would talk, they couldnt get anyone to admit anything, so they were let go and Vegas swept it under the rug. Orlando was questioned in a taped interview with his lawyer at the time after a lawsuit was filed. The guy was clearly lying, as his own lawyer had to step in many times. He was and is always the main suspect. He was killed the same way he lived. Davis's proffer with LAPD in 2008 was a one time deal, and his next interview with LVPD shortly after had no proffer. Then, over the last 5 years, his 30 + interviews, book, TV specials, etc, are not covered by a 1 time deal. A proffer isnt full time immunity. Simple stuff.

Well... There needs to be minimal evidence to be indicted and tried for a crime. And admission of guilt in several interviews is enough for a trial, but if he could convince a jury that he was saying these things in jest or for some other motive, then the prosecution will need more evidence to put him away. Did he never said these things under oath? Not in the media interviews. But maybe his interview w the feds was under oath? In general, u cant take the blame for a crime without corrobarating evidence. And I clout chasing go on social media and side I did it." That example fits the narrative exactly and doesn't give the elements that she so states. She mixed conditions that don't exist in this case.

My thoughts exactly. Seems she doesn’t wanna be the one to blow the cover off of the case and expose the bad tactics the state has been using to get this guy for all these years. If you read the 09 interview it’s 100% clear they are coercing him coaching and leading him thru the entire interview. Same with the 08 interview. If you just think about it for a second it dont matter what the defense would have said. The judge went on and on with her response which shows what she was saying was scripted. No way in the world she was coming up with all of that dialect on her own on the spot based on what the two attorneys argued.
@deredevil341510 күн бұрын
Thank you. She’s knows and they’re not gonna let her blow the cover off this one to expose the police. Shes just going along for the ride. The way she interpreted everything was so biased. She didn’t bother to recognize the inconsistencies and lies and coercion and leading in his confessions. Some of the interviews they’re using he literally says he didn’t do it and that he only confessed to not go to jail which Vegas and federal task force told him multiple times
