You can get hangers that are made specifically for pants and shorts (the kind that look like regular hangers but are open on one side which makes taking a pair to wear/hanging them way easier). Also, I suggest getting a shoe rack that you can put next to your laundry baskets. That way your shoes won't touch your clothes at all 😊

I’m having the opposite problem. I’m the second person to be in this apartment and I’ve never had this much storage so I had to have my best friend who is slightly OCD come help me organize everything 😅 I’m so happy to be in a space I love going into my senior year at ASU. Love you Keegan!

Another way to hang your shorts is to lay them horizontal on the hanger with half of them on each side.

I would recommend the Marie kendo method of folding for your clothes in the dresser. It gives you so much more space and you can see everything

Fold your clothes in your dresser and set them up like a file. This way you will see them all at the same time. No digging through yours clothes to find them.

how to recommend folding them for that? I’ve tried that in the past, but I didn’t have enough clothes to make them all stand up because they kept falling over but I think I was doing it wrong.

@@KeeganActon just fold them about the depth of the drawer. Then stand the first one up and keep adding until the row is done. I do all my activewear that way. If you have space left over, that’s what shopping’s for. LOL 😂 just kidding. Room for something else.

For the shorts, why don’t you use the same part of the hanger that the pants are folded over, and hang the shorts side ways? So instead of the shorts and hanger being bulky when it’s hung through the loop, they’re sitting on the hanger like the pants?

You can buy and very easily install a ring for your hand towel! Just use a plastic wall anchor to make it sturdy. They sell kinds that you can use without a drill. You just kind of screw it in

Fold ur shorts in half but don’t hang them in the loops put the hanger in between the shorts like a back pocket on each side of the hanger that way u can see the top n it still takes up less space n they won’t fall off

You might consider a skirt hanger (with clips) for your jean shorts. If you want to hang them. Personally, I would roll the pants and shorts and put them in a drawer. No stacking.

@@KeeganActon Yes, they’ll keep your pants neater and hanging straight, you’ll also be able to grab them without pulling them. Unfortunately, if you want them to hang straight, then you’ll have to move them higher.
