Yoshimura R77 Slip-On Install on CBR250R with Sound Comparison

Hey Everyone,
I made this video to demonstrate how to install the Yoshimura R77 on the 2012 CBR250R, though it should work on nearly every CBR250 model and probably the 300's as well. I had a bit of difficulty installing it myself the first time.. so I hope this helps.
I also do a sound comparison between the stock, R77 with silencer, and straight pipe. Unfortunately the video does not do the R77 or the pipe justice as you really don't hear the full lower range or loudness. The R77 really does sound awesome.

A little update: I've been riding with it for a couple weeks now and I have no regrets. It sounds way louder while riding then it does from a bystanders view point. The lower pipe region will turn gold just due to the high temperature of the exhaust.

The heat shield is rubber and it stretches while they install it. They cut it long so as it relaxes and shrinks back to its original state, its not to short on the part. Perfectly fine. And correct to cut it to length

Lol. literally the same thing happened to me on some gravel going into a subdivision. Had the same damage too with the exhaust, fairing, and bent brake pedal.

Hi Keegan, great video! I have a question though, do you know roughly the dimensions of the exhaust bolt and nut? I recently bought a cbr250r but it came with a short exhaust and previous owner have misplaced the stock hardware (nut - bolt - washer) thank you!

Fort Nine is really good. How do you like the bike. I just picked one up for a steal. Brand new it was less then the price of a Z50. I am just cruising and having fun on it. it's super cheap to run.

And Fort Nine's youtube channel is pretty great too! I love the bike, been riding for about 4 years all on the 250 and its been really fun. Probably gonna get a 600 something in the next two years though.. insurance would just be too much right now. Anyway, that's awesome! Keep having fun.

Hey, I didn't need any middle pipe.. not sure what you're referring to exactly. I didn't need any other additional parts other than what came with the slip on.
