⁠@@jdelta716 bro come on… his dad is a Boer… his fathers ancestral homeland is the Netherlands. Majority of Afrikaners are Dutch by ancestry hence Afrikaans being basically a bastardised Dutch. It would make more sense to point out the fact his dad is an Afrikaner, therefore not a “real” South African lol

Since you’re in Italy try some pastries, my favorite is profiterole filled with cream so good! my nona always made veal with juicy tomatoes and bread on the side it was good. nobody come for me it’s my preference 😂

I was also chubby as a kid I felt like I would never be like those slim people but recently I lost significant amount of weight. I started fasting mixed with keto dieting. I fasted for like months and I admit I did a very unhealthy type of fasting at some point I just starved myself . Even tho I lost so much weight n feel so proud my clothes are so loose but now I can't eat much, my stomach shrank, if I eat more I would throw up. So I have stopped fasting for some time now and eat small snacks during the day and take one meal per day. All healthy no junk food. I take fruits n nuts as snacks. Boiled eggs meat and vegetables according to keto diet. I consume less flour or bread. I just wanna say you got this. Start with dietary changes , once you start to heal from inside you'll heal from outside .❤

I honestly didn't understand why you chose Parma, it's a small town compared to others in northern Italy and you couldn't expect much, I believe you found it boring🧐 I live an hour away from there and I would never come across it mind spending a day there, Modena or Verona would be better!
