Same here. Thank you so much for this review. I was about to pull the trigger but still was not sure how this pedal would perform with bass. So happy I saw this review. Cheers Adam!

After spending countless hours researching this pedal and countless others, this video is what convinced me to get the Keeley! Thank you for the demo, as there are so few delay/reverb pedal demos for bass!

Sick! Love the Keeley stuff. I had actually planned on getting one for my bass; this demo was perfect for me!

Yo, and how’s does the low end feel for you? Can you mix in a tiny bit of spring reverb without losing any low end?

Adam, do you think that either the reverb or the delay make the sound of the bass muddy? I am about to order one and just wanted to be sure about this. Probably you are the man to answer. Thanks anyway!

Thanks for helping me pull the trigger on this purchase! Were you using another effect on the bit in the intro to achieve the distortion/fuzz?

Yea the fuzz was a Darkglass Duality

I'm comparing the Keeley Caverns to the EQD Afterneath and I like the price point of the Keeley but the Afterneath seems to be better for washy ambience. The Keeley has better tones when it comes traditional reverb and delay effects but I'm looking for a dark and creepy wash.

The Afterneath was a cool pedal, it has a certain sound to it since it’s Reverb made out of super short delays. It didn’t end up working for what I need. For creepier modulated sounds you could look at the Walrus Slö as well, although that does t have delay, just Reverb.

All these knobs but no tap tempo?!

One switch for reverb, one for delay. It can either be good or bad that way vs having a dedicated tap tempo. I use the Avalanche Run as well which has tap tempo and one switch for both reverb and delay. Sounds pretty similar to this pedal also, just has different flavor and options
