Its heartbreaking to dscover someone you care deeply for has this disorder. I have a child with my ex. Narcs are children in adult bodies. They cant care for themselves, obviously cant care for a child. Appointments, school attendance, you name it, it will be neglected. Truly hurts my heart to shee the pain the chilsren face, the neglect, having to explain things to doctors, schools, etc. I just shake my head.
