Here’s an easy & quick recipe which can get ready in less than 45 minutes! Try this ke ma karahi recipe with beef or mutton mince. You can also make with chicken. Cooking time will be less for it.
You Need:
•Beef/Mutton Mince 500g
•Tomatoes 4-5( cut into halves)
•Garlic Cloves 7-8
•Green Chilies 4-5
•Spices: Salt to taste, Black Pepper, Chili Flakes, Red Chili Powder (1 tsp each)
•Butter 2-3tbsp
•Ginger 2 inch sliced
•Oil 1/4 cup

Method:
1)Heat Oil in a wok. Add Roughly Ground Garlic and Green Chilies. Fry until aromatic(1-2mins)
2)Add Mince. Fry for 2 minutes. Cover it for 5-6 mins on medium flame. Uncover , add salt and spices. Fry until water evaporates.
3)Cut Tomatoes in halves. Add in the wok. Cover and cook on low flame for 10mins.
3)Uncover and remove the tomato skin. Smash tomatoes with a tong or back of spoon. Now give it a good mix. Cover & cook for 20-25 mins until mince is tender. Uncover and cook it on highflame until tomatoes are mashed properly & oil starts to seperate. Cover & let it simmer on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Add Ginger and fresh corriander.
You can have it with Naan or even Rice. Squeeze some lemon juice and have it with salad 😍
