Let's St!r up this amazing amazing Keema (Ground chicken meat) in the Instant Pot. It is so easy and flavourful, such a versatile dish to have on it's own or as part of another recipe!

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chicken
2 diced tomatoes
2 diced onions
3 cloves garlic
1" piece ginger
2 tsp salt
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 sliced green chilies
Method:
1. Put IP on Sautee mode on More/High and add ¼ cup of oil.
2. Add cumin seeds, fry for a minute then add onions and fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add crushed ginger and garlic and mix really well.
4. Add ground chicken meat and mix together until it is no more pink.
5. Add tomatoes and remaining spices, mix well.
6. Close lid of IP, put on Manual Pressure for 5 minutes.
7. After 12 minutes of NPR (let the IP sit there to naturally release pressure) do a QR (quick release) until the red valve drops.
8. Open the IP, put it back on Sautee mode on Med/Reg and dry up the water.
9. Serve hot.
