As a girl from Hong Kong, I'm pretty sure spring rolls aren't made from rice paper (that's more Vietnamese); I think they still use flour, but if anything, probably closer to filo. And I have no idea what egg rolls are made of, because I've never seen them in Hong Kong or China! Hope that helps! Love your videos by the way!

Authentic Chinese food does taste, everything about the food just tastes more rich and flavorful. Idk how to explain it, but that doesn't necessarily mean Panda Express is terrible. My parents enjoy Panda Express and they grew up in Taiwan so I mean it just really depends on the person I guess.

Panda Express is pretty good. The vegetables are the best, lightly sauteed, but still have some fresh crisp to them. What lipstick are you wearing? It's very pretty!

All your videos are so good! You are able to balance them out very well...for instance, you talk and tell stories, but it's not over powering the video. In some you cook, in others you do not...so I enjoy the balance. You asked for some suggestions, how about Greek food like Moussaka which is Greek eggplant.

I had heard a lot about panda express from my friends who lived in the states and I finally tried it when I moved there, the first place I went to must have just been a bad shop because the food was so greasy and seemed very old. I work in Chicago and 70% of people i work with are Chinese, you are right they say that even in china town the food it's not authentic, same with us Mexicans real authentic Mexican food either here homemade or in Mexico!!!!!!
