I wasn't much older than his daughter when a hs boy did exactly this to me, and was my first experience with a dude. A bit more happened as well, neither of which I have ever had the courage to speak aloud to anybody. My Dad would have believed me and would have been caring and empathic if I had told him. I never did, and I never could. I'm in my mid 30s now, so this was decades ago. I'm nearly 6' and an athlete, but he was twice my weight and was a linebacker. This girl looks small and seem naive, still young (reporter took advantage of her trust). We've seen what jake can do when physically overpowering someone. Imagine if your father was Keam, and you saw these videos online. Statistically speaking, she may be a victim herself one day. How could she go to her father for comfort and care? Who else would she have to go to? Breaks my heart. This victim doesn't need him to understand, but the young girls deserve better than many of us had growing up, especially from our own fathers/father figures. Because even if they are amazing and understanding, sometimes it's still too hard to tell anybody. The trauma never completely goes away.

The thing is, Keemstar and Justine are talking of two different types of sexual assault. Keem assumed the allegations were of a forceful kind of sexual assault, the type that almost everyone thinks of when they hear the words sexual assault or rape, but Justine allegedly went through a sexual assault that leans heavily on consent. She gave consent under duress, Jakey boy went for it, and she didn't actually want it, allegedly, of course. However, she misconstrued Keem's refutation of the allegations due to how he understood the term sexual assault, with him claiming that no one can be forced into a situation where they give consent.

Many times when I am in pain for one reason or another, bleeding or not, I personally do get the urge to want to punch, throw or kick something( usually the thing that caused said pain), even if it would cause me more hurt. Accidentally cut myself with a knife? throw it on the floor as hard as i can. Stub my toe into a table, door or anything else? i usually do punch it. I do not know why it is the immediate thing my brain goes to, but that is what happens. As for why not biting? I always told myself that if someone would try something with me, i would slap them all the way to next Thursday. Well, it so happened that a guy grabbed my face and kissed me without my consent. I fucking bluescreened for two hours straight. and another reason not to bite would be a bad gag reflex. You just can't clench your jaw when your body is trying to push out something that it doesn't want in. I honestly have no idea if the allegations are true or not, but i know that Keem's comments were appalling from my personal point of view and i do see how they could be misunderstood as victim blaming, even though they were not intended that way.

i understand where your coming from but you have to understand how little police are willing and capable of doing. i was good friends with a girl who was raped and went to the police the same day and they did jack shit. most cases these things get solved with social pressure and attention on the issue. also consider the amount of time and money that would take, not to mention the legal knowledge you have to acquire. also it would take a huge mental toll on you to have all the specifics of what happened to you put on blast in a courtroom. and the possibility of losing the case and having everyone's reputation dragged through the mud.

It’s a hard crime to prove given its nature but when you get shot your instinct isn’t to make an insta story, it’s to go to the fucking hospital. There are a lot of cases where people get shot in like drive bys and the shooter is never caught and in that sense the police didnt “do anything” but you’ll still report it. Police are likely to pursue crimes with evidence, as they have an easier lead to pursue, rather than using excessive resources to essentially chase a needle in a haystack. The least these people can do is pursue the authorities, and file a police report, then if something isn’t done, you can pursue publicizing the issue, but in a professional manner. Because with all these TWs, if some turn out to be fake for clout, true victims will have their cases minimized and distrusted because of the mofos that lied.

I can get how Keem can get confused over the initial allegation because, in all honesty, I'm kind of confused about it too. The only reason I could think of why she didn't bite down would've been because she was afraid he might lash out, and how his d also made it in her mouth in the first place is also a mystery, maybe she was trying to shout or gasp? And her reaction just made me more skeptical. Like, instead of explaining how that kind of oral assault could happen because he was genuinely confused, preferably in dms and not in video format for obvious reasons, she brings up how so many other women have experienced something similar. Like, how do we know that they're not lying? Where's their proof? Who are these women? Do these women actually exist or are you just making them up? Just saying it happened doesn't mean it actually happened. Verbal testimony can also be refuted by verbal testimony because that's how weak it is in the court of law. And her mocking Keem afterward just made everything shakier. Like, I'll admit it, Keem is overreacting -- like he always does -- when it came to her initial response, but her response to his overreaction just threw me off and made me believe her even less. I apologize if I sound like I'm victim-blaming but these serious (and usually fake) allegations like these come out on a monthly basis and every time they do I just get more and more skeptical.
