Ingredients:
• Oil 1 Cup
• Piyaz (Onion) Sliced 2 Medium
• Beef Keema (Beef Mince) 1/2 Kg
• Whole All Spices 1 Tbsp
• Ginger Paste( Adrak) 1.5 Tbsp
• Garlic Paste( Lehsan ) 1 Tbsp
• Tamatar( Tomatoes ) Sliced 3-4 Medium
• Hari Mirch( Green Chili ) Chopped 2-3
• Tez Pata( Bay Leaves ) 2-3
• Lal Mirch (Red Chili Powder) 1 Tsp
• Dara Mirch (Red Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp
• Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
• Zeera Powder (Cumin Seeds Powder) 1Tsp
• Namak (Salt) As Per Taste
• Pani (Water) 1.5 Liter or As Requried
• Rice (Soaked) 1 Kg
Directions:
-Add Oil In the Pan.
-Add Sliced Onion in the Oil.
- Cook Until Turn Brown.
-Remove Some Onion For Later Use.
-Add Beef Keema & Cook for 5-7 minutes.
-Add Whole All Spices & Cook for 1 minute.
-Add Ginger Paste & Garlic Paste.
-Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
-Add Chopped Tomatoes and cook until soften.
-Add Green Chilies and Bay Leaves and Cook For a minute.
-Add Red Chili Powder, Red Chili Flakes, Coriander Powder, Cumin Seed Powder and Salt.
-Give A Nice Stir and Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
-Add Water and cover until Boil.
-Add Rice & Cook Until Water Dries Up.
-Dum Steam Cook for 10 minutes.
