Excellent video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my marriage of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back

People are afraid to address physical intimacy but it's super important. If someone is super kinky, I'm not into that. Not judging, if you want to have a menage a trois, etc. I want one on one and dating only one person at a time. But nowadays, there's so much weirdness happening. Some guys are right up front about wanting that, others try to hide it. That's why you must discuss it outside the bedroom. In a calm, rational manner.

So true Jonathon! Every relationship can teach us more about ourselves and others. And in time, we realize what compatibility is through those relationships.

The importance of sex and frequency varies for each individual, especially for older folks; Sex is not the only differentiator between a partner and a roommate. Having a partner means so much more, there’s many ways to be intimate and show affection aside from sex that are equality important when in partnership. A roommate with benefits does not sound appealing imo.

When I was young, a male relative molested me. Bet your boots, that is a monstrous trauma. It affected all my relationships. The scars healed after therapy, but they never go away. Humans must take control of ourselves. All of us carry scars, but those scars need to be acknowledged, and put in memory box.

❤❤❤ Jonathan u are exactly on point as always. I believe you attract what you exude.. i also believe that if you cannot love yourself how the hell can you truly be capable of loving another human being? Just saying the words"i love you" doesnt mean love.. theres a lot that goes with it.

Hi Jonathan, the imprint that I had as a child without my biological father I was taught discipline and being grateful, so I had that as I grew up. Here's the problem I am a virgin at 44 and my local friend Anthony either talk or see each other he is very open and respectful, loving too. Raphael who was 73 and I was 24, he died in 2010 of cancer. I loved him so, and I looked at him as my soulmate. We so had much fun. The question, should I enjoy the time with Anthony and not think this is the next soulmate?

It was really good nice reminder about trauma getting your stuff, but I kind of missed the five points. I just must’ve got the second one at the end. I know you have to be healthy and emotionally and all that to get there but maybe a reiteration of the five pointssummary would be good

Never, ever get into a relationship where you love them, “but there’s just this one thing”, because, over time that “one thing” will turn on you and become the only thing you think about. I will invoke some wisdom from the twelve step groups whose first principle is that the drug, the person, the relationship, etc. is making your life unmanageable TO ANY DEGREE, and must be stopped.
