I throw mine in a blender with some water, then I freeze it in ice cube trays and throw the frozen basil cubes in a freezer bag. Thank you for this other option. I love your greenhouse.

If you want your basil plant to produce more and be big and bushy instead of skinny and tall you should look into clipping back the central stem :)

I like to place leaves on a tray in the freezer, once frozen they go into a ziplock bag. Dip into the bag over winter until i grow more the following summer 🌞
