We had an offender released here in Australia, and every address he went to there were people in the street yelling and screaming at him all the time. I felt sorry for the neighbours. Their properties couldn't be sold until he was moved due to so much protesting going on. He eventually died at 64 from a heart attack supposedly because he stopped his diabetes meds. I can't imagine the streets if we knew of every Pedro's address, it would be unbearable noise on a constant basis I'd say.
