I read on BBC website in early December that Frazer Forster had signed until end of 2024/25 season. So his contract is not up. I presume he is valued for homegrown and the dressing room. Some players say he is the funniest guy. We do need to sign one for the future. If Vicario goes down for long we are in trouble.

I find it surprising that, given how we saw Liverpool's youngsters win a cup final, the boys seem so reluctant to add any of our academy players to the first team squad. I think Devine, for example, deserves to be given an opportunity.

I agree with your assessment. This would mean that we have to buy about 6 new players to fill the gaps. We do need to have good players on the bench to compete in the Champions league as well. However i am not sure, if we are going to buy as many players and i dont think we would be able to sell all the players that we want to. From the player we want/need to sell i think Davies has the highest chance of staying. Can fill in for left back and for center back and is an experienced player who knows the team. It is going to be an interesting transfer window for sure.

I will keep Davies especially for Cover. Oliver Skip could be kept for cover as well because we r going to sell Hojberg and locelso. I don’t know how many player will come in but I will hope it is at least three players one attacker, one defender and one midfielder. Well the midfielder is Steven Bergvill but maybe we will get one more. I want a back up left back and if possible a right back better than Royal

I could potentially see another loan for Tanganga. He is playing reasonably well at Millwall and if he can have another good loan spell then we can build some value, maybe like what we have seen with Rodon

Huge summer of outgoings , some players especially in the loan list will decide what hopefully will become the 'Golden' generation for the '26 season squad ? Personal choice would be to buy Timo, but I think many want to see more from him. Yago Santiago is a player I am hoping to see if develops into the left wing promise being shown ? I can't see Fraser being kept ,sweeper keeper backup required ? Otherwise may well see another build season with what is a bare bones squad?

I think that a few of the younger players should be kept in the under 21’s but training with the senior team. Donnelly is the perfect example of someone that might be right in our first team given more of a chance. With the number of folks in keep there is plenty of space even in the first team squad. Maybe we should be keeping three spots in the first squad available to the best young homegrown talents.

Did my own list a couple of weeks back and my sell players were skipp, hojbjerg, gil, reguilon, spence, tanganga, rodon,lo celso, although i am in 2 minds about peh. With n,dombele and sessegnon its really a matter of seeing out or paying up their contracts and moving on - unless sessegnon comes back strong from his injuries and n,dombele,s attitude changes you arent going to get anything for them. Wonder if tanguy may put in a good final year next season to try and get a contract from some poor unsuspecting club ? He must be spurs worse ever signing bearing in mind what he has cost the club overall.

In terms of the back. Vicario needs a better backup. Porro and Udogie need better backups. Van De Ven needs a better backup.

So this means you expect 9 new incomings in the summer? 16 senior squad-players is not that many. And that is with Forster in there as well, he's a gonner 100%. How many transfers in do you think we will have? Imho I see a maximum of 6 players being brought in, quality over quantity. Which would leave us at least 4 players short. I believe we might see both Scarlett and Devine in the senior squad full-time, maybe even Donnelly. That would still leave us short. Edit: Oh, I forgot you had Solomon in the Keep-section as well....... This just became even trickier!

It'd be great to hear more of an explanation as to why Rodon, PEH and Skipp aren't suitable. Are we really going to find a remotely suitable backup for VdV? Any CB with anywhere near that pace and ability to play high line will not want to be second fiddle. I can't see anyone better than Rodon willing to accept a rotation role. There's a lot of talk from us fans about how we're crying out for a #6, yet stats-wise, PEH is way up there for that role, as is Skipp from a prospect perspective. Sometimes you can look and scour the market for a player profile only to realise you have what you're looking for in the club and you don't play them.

Devine at Plymouth is not because of his ability, it's the coach who is lost. IF Argyle-fans would choose, Alfie would start. But Foster is all about minimum risk and is afraid of unleashing an offense. Hence why they're struggling af even if their defense has improved. Meanwhile their offense is obliterated. Coaches from England NT(youth setups) seem to be defense first........

Lo Celso is an interesting player, but has too many injuries. You can’t count on him to stay fit. I wonder if like Lamela he would continue to do well in Spain. He did before and the warmer climate might mean he stays fit more?

Sir Alex would never kept Son. Age and injuries has caught up with him . The majority of games he is just 6/10. We need to upgrade our main striker, but it wont happen as long as he is in the squad. Final part of the painful rebuild.

This squad is so average. Ange has a lot of work to do before even considering a cup or title run. He may or may not get the time to do it. Given the latest results, overall style of play, injuries with only 1 game a week. I see a rough start to next season trying to field a strong team in both Europe and the PL.

We obviously have problems in the midfield and Ange's system is leaving the back line very exposed w/ too much space in btw lines. No natural #6 and losing possession/control in the midfield far too easily. Bissouma is a major question mark and then you've got to figure out PEH, Skippy, LoCelso, etc. So we're far from a completed project at this point.
