I use 50mm M10 bolts to hold my sprocket on with M10 nylock-nuts to bullet proof the sprocket connection. They kept coming loose on me, but not any longer.

Finally a new video!

Great video Tony. May I ask why you do not like using the Dorman Toyota O2 Sensor gasket as the exhaust gasket? It doesn't melt or blow out like the ones that come with the kits. Anyways looks great happy riding.

Thank you. It’s the 40mm reed intake. I’ll post the link in the description.

@tonytaylor5087 No thank YOU! I have the same carb as you have on that particular engine, so you answered a number of questions for me with this video. BikeBerry is building back their reputation in no small part because of you. Hopefully you can keep making these highly informative and useful videos!

Is it possible to convert these to a kick start?
@whnzr70472 ай бұрын
There’s already a kickstart on it. You have to lift the back wheel up with the clutch dis-engaged and kick your pedal down to start it. Make sure to engage the clutch because you don’t want to have it run off on you. Good luck 👍

Yeah, I'd be happy if BikeBerry stocked a #35 chain gear that would fit on the 2024 Phatmoto jackshaft, hardened tool steel, the deepest groves and thickest teeth possible, and still interface with the chain properly. It's a REALLY bad design, it will constantly work itself loose via torque and the slotted engine mounts, causing the chain to be loosed and eat up the gear. If you guys could look into supplying replacements parts cheaper than 80 dollars you'd undercut Phatmoto.
@Rambling_Rover4 ай бұрын
True the phatmoto jackshaft sucks. But, I would depend on a company like bike berry to do better. Bearing number 99502H will get you to a 5/8 jackshaft. Source parts from there
