It's "Analysis paralysis". Happens or has happened to many of us. The best solution is to go with Nike's old slogan, lol... "Just Do it" (I think the phrase is trademarked, heh). As in, prioritizing action when you detect that your planning is not resulting on action, ever. I actually think that it is true that saying of " _you don't plan to fail, you fail to plan_ ". But there must be a balance. Planning is *essential* but it _must_ produce action, always or almost always. If not, we need to reevaluate, and, well, take action. :)

@@ShopperKungTVplay We all make "scuffed" things... Practice makes perfect. The more you stream (or, insert here whatever activity you want to do better, with hard work, like making youtube videos, or learning math, riding a bicycle or programming) the fewer mistakes you will make, and the smarter ways you will find. The problem is, often, that the progress can be very slow and then people (streamers or any other profile) get demotivated, or that it seems that one is not improving, due to the improvement being so slow. One is often (most of the times) not in the best point of view to judge if progress is happening (it is easier to see any other person's progress than ours). But every human's brain adapts, learns, even more than we consciously realize. Make the habit of working on whichever you are trying to improve, and it will happen, with time and exposure of the brain to the work that you need to do, in a daily or very frequent basis. Experience goes polishing everything. :) And of course, having confidence is key. The way I get to have it is by... not _obsessing_ about my mistakes, and being tolerant/flexible with myself. Focusing more on the things that I did good, and even the days when there is none, I still know that I will keep improving. Because that is how everyone's brain works. You only need to keep on the habit of doing the work (whichever the task), and always trying to improve, finding better or smarter ways. Always analyze what you can do better for the next time or next day, but don't be too hard on yourself about the mistakes. It's not the geniuses who reach far (well, of course they do, but if they put the work), is the people that is constant. And specifically about streaming's "scuffs"... yes, I know we all (I don't stream, but this is applicable to almost anything) want everything to be perfect, specially when doing something for the public. But no streamer is a perfect robot! Mistakes are expected to happen, indeed, indeed, most viewers like to see them as, makes you human, and they relate with errors which they also make, often. People on Twitch or KZbin are not looking for perfect robots hosts, but just normal people. And they are more about knowing the streamer, the streamer's personality. Just like having a friend. You don't expect your friends to be perfect in everything they do. You feel OK with them just, well, being themselves. So, relax, and enjoy. Is not to say "don't improve things" , but just remember that we are all humans, and that you will learn to do all better, sooner or later, with practice.

The person that tends to psyche us out the most is ourselves, its tough to dig deep for the confidence to keep going when you want to stop, but you’ve gotta do it! Growth beyond your limits only occurs when you push a little bit more. Love the video ❤❤❤

I'm *The Worst* at this! I suffer from this problem every day, about many things, and still struggle with it. But in the end? The more you put it off, the harder/more $$$ it is later. And you take a penalty of some kind. So just do it 👍

Problem is streaming feels like I'm not getting anything done. Especially with no viewers, then I animate instead but then the vids get no views lol

Analysis paralysis. And our brain has its laziness default code, tends to the minimal effort possible, and finds 200 ways to avoid to do what is needed (streaming or the gym, doing home work or etc) :D. Both procrastination and analysis paralysis are products of - often non conscious- disguised fear (of not succeeding or, of hard work, etc).

It's perfectly ok to take a day or a few days off from streaming. It helps with avoiding burnout.
