Definitely the video I was looking for. I make mead (HoneyWine) wanted to move it from primary to secondary in a corny keg but don't want force carbonation to occur but also don't want oxidation either. Then bottle. This is a short informative video thanks

HoneyWine is a word that needs to be abolished.

There is a kind of single use keg called KeyKeg. It has an internal bladder containing the liquid and the co2 to push it out goes between the keg wall and the bladder so it never contacts the liquid. That might be an option as well. Unfortunately they are only single use and a bit costly but on the other hand you drink much less wine than beer so they will last longer.

Thanks Simon, I'm just about to make my first wine and was thinking of doing exactly this. Glad to see it worked for you!

Brilliant! Was wondering why my wine was coming out fizzy at 10 psi

I'm wondering how long the wine will last in the keg. Any off flavours near the end?

Not that I noticed but we got through it in about 6 weeks. The CO2 sits on top of the wine so the oxygen can’t get at it.
