I have the same pool.i believe that pump will work better if it’s on the same level as the bottom of the pool.

Hmm, I'm never against any advice but can't see where having it on the ground would help anything. I'm down for some learning though!

@@TheChapMX so maybe the sand filter setup you have is different,but I have a 2500 gpa cartridge filter and was installed on a stand I made .seemed like every day air would get trapped inside .sometimes would only be 3/4 full of water.i put it on the ground and that issue did not return and the pressure feels stronger now

I got one of these and installed it because the pool was creeping into "too warm" territory. Now I've got rain and night time low in the 60's and can't get the damn thing warm enough to swim in.

Oh goodness, I’ve been there!! You can always disconnect the sprinkler for the time being. Only run the pump during the day. That may help some. We can never find that happy medium!!

Hahahah oh I thought about this and wondered how long it’d take someone to notice that ugly piece of something. Hard to trust in someone with a tow strap around their pool 😆😆. I guess I should do a video on that. Unfortunately, I noticed one day that the strap that came with the pool was starting to come apart. Soon after I put the ugly strap on for a backup, the stock strap came the rest of the way apart. I’m not sure but I feel pretty certain there would’ve been a flood if it came apart with nothing holding the pool tight. I have a plan to fix it. Thanks for the laugh, and good eye!!
