Are use clean laundry in my bags to keep them puffy and in shape. It works really well especially with clothing or towels that you don't use often

I have a huge issue with two of my Loungefly bags, and I really hope someone can help me out here. I have one bag that has a tear in the paint right on the front, and another bag that has one tear on the front. I am terrified of using my bags now for fear they will keep getting rips in the paint. Please any advice would be super appreciated... And is there anything I can use to spray or put on the bag to protect it. Because of this issue I sadly feel I shouldn't be spending my money on these bags for such fear of destroying them...

Is it the Little Mermaid cruise line bag? Mine had a scratch and I put a blow dryer to it and gently rubbed it and the "paint" or whatever that material is, kind of glued itself together.

I have an odd technique for my ears.... I do the rubber bands and then blow dry them with the heat and leave for the night. It works and keeps it back.
