Nice to see this review. This local (to me) has truly redefined the local spirits landscape. I had the opportunity to sit and talk with Brian Nation one Saturday afternoon at the distillery. It was clear he's not competing against the other regional distilleries. He's competing against the nationals. And he's doing a hella job so far!! Thank you guys!

Happy St. Paddy’s day. Blending is something I’ve been doing for awhile now. I pick certain bottles up try them then blend with other bottles to get a certain profile. So far it’s been a success. I have six bottles full and just mixing together and I’ll try them in a few months. I’ll look for this brand not sure if it comes to Ohio. Enjoy!!

Is there anywhere in Ireland you can get the cask strength? I’ve looked in Molloys, obriens and Celtic whiskey store but only your normal stuff is available. 😢
