You know what I love about this video. That because you set out a plan and started it you accomplished a lot. Many times not sitting to start the list is what throws us off and then we don't get anything done. Plus once you started you realized you still had 4 hours to finish your list completely! To be honest, I don't know any other way, I have always been a maniac when it comes to getting things done, I guess I keep my eyes on the end result and don't mind the process, but don't think I don't get exhausted, I was wiped out by end of day two (coming soon).
