Keeping ConnectED: ESOL Student of the Year

In this week’s #KeepingConnectED, we feature the 2024 English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Student of the Year Motiah Boustany and the Adult Education English as a Second Language program. Boustany used West Virginia Department of Education resources to become proficient in English and eventually become a United States citizen.
