I save most of your videos in a "Linux" playlist so that when I finish with my exams and start looking for Linux related work, I can go back and review them, cause you explain things in a way that I understand them (and what purpose do they serve) quite quickly. I think you have the potential to help a lot of people with their careers and knowledge in general. Keep up the good work!👍

I followed every step, but I am having trouble connecting to my Linux server from multiple external clients (another Ubuntu server on Raspberry Pi and Windows 11). Every time I try to connect, I receive the following message: "ssh: connection to host: 10.0.2.15 port 22: Connection timed out." I enabled ssh, but I am unable to enable sshd. I reconfigured the firewall setting to allow connection to/from port 22, yet it didn't work. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried logging in as my username @localhost and at least got to the server, but I always get a permission denied, please try again response. Lets hope that he responds and whatever he suggests helps!

I have set up a server on a VM and I have yet to be able to log into it remotely. I have tried several things over the last few days. Yesterday I redid the server and verified that sshd is installed and running. When I check the IP on the server it is a 10.0 address. My understanding that is also a private address. BUT when I try accessing the server from my main computer running Ubuntu 24.04 using the IP address it always times out. IF I try local host I get to adding the user name and password, but it always comes back with permission denied. I have gone around and around with this for days now. ANY thoughts?
